Oh good, I’m doing it right. I tend to move my elbow a little like this guy is when the dumbbells reach your shoulders.

I’ve always wondered why DUMBBELLS have “DUMB” in it. its funny cause normally we like to criticize that guys with huge muscles are dumb. anyone know its origins??

@eddylon1983 obviously? I don’t say that if you eat junkfood you can’t gain muscles?

@Insany92 one of my pals whose been going gy n can lift alot of weight n who has hardly any body fat eats any food, burgers, kebabs that kinda stuff, he might be the lucky ones who dont put on weight but my point was wether you have a good motabolism like him who can burn calories good or not, if you dont eat your weak and cant push nothing

This is a great exercise for the biceps. I do them myself with an under-handed grip and lift the dumbbells at the same time like he illustrates at :44… I highly recommend it. It gives your biceps a killer pump ;)

just keep good form to failure maintain a good diet and dont train the same bodypart within 48 hours and the results will come.

im 17 and its taken me arounnd 8 months and ive had pretty good results

it depends how hard you will work. if you will fuck around in the gym you may see results in 6 months and if you work hard you will see results in a month … everything depends on you mate… you are in control
